The hotel is beautiful and excellent. the highly skilled staff provide wonderful service. the location is amazing, with Saidia Public Beach within walking distance.

The hotel is very beautyful with swimmingpools and nice restaurants and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The staff also take care for the children and organise nice animation to keep the children busy. Every evening there is a live show.

everything was fantastic, the service was excellent. all the personnel was very professional. booked a room with balcony and bathroom. the best part of our real good stay was the very good breakfast. the location was super - near shops, iberostar saïdia and the restaurant.

The staff in various sections were great and always tried their best. the food, especially Moroccan dishes, was reasonable. the outside spaces were well-kept and beautiful. the hotel grounds and beach felt safe.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, with several issues such as clogged washbasins and malfunctioning toilets. the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with flies and cockroaches in the restaurant, dirty plates and cutlery, and a strong smell of sewage in certain areas.

The hotel is very nice ..the animation staff are really great people with games and shows. The roomas are pretty nice as well....the pool and the beach are always clean.

They say its a 5star but really its like a 4max....the food is very repetitive..i was supposed to be able to eat at the other restaurants which I paid for but its only opens saturdays which noyone warned us about which I didnt apreciate at all...

On our first visit, everything was perfect. the location was near a football stadium, on the outskirts of town, and right on the beach. Our room was clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the service was excellent, and the breakfast was diverse. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the green spaces and well-kept pools. the entertainment team worked hard, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating.

There were some negative aspects of the hotel. the lack of access to the pressing coffee machine was disappointing, and the quality of Moroccan food could be improved.

Great location with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The pool area was well maintained and the customer service was friendly and efficient. I appreciated the efforts of the hotel to be environmentally responsible, including being plastic-free. The live entertainment was enjoyable, especially during the festive season.

Although the staff was helpful, the check-in process was unorganized and chaotic. The food options could be improved, with many dishes lacking labels in the restaurant which made it difficult to distinguish between different options.

We had a wonderful holiday, with a great location close to the beach. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food and drinks were amazing. We particularly enjoyed trying the Japanese restaurant which had fantastic food and excellent service. the abundance of entertainment options ensured that we were never bored.

the pool area could be improved with more available sun loungers, as many were reserved but not used.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The location right on the beach was perfect! The staff were incredibly accommodating and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast was satisfying with multiple options to choose from.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, including a Spa & Wellness center, Indoor and Outdoor swimming pools, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath. the garden area was beautifully maintained and a perfect place to relax. the breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of options, including special diet menus. the private facilities provided were exclusive, and the location advantages were fantastic.

The only negative aspect I encountered was with the service at the snack bar. the staff there seemed a bit uninterested and did not prioritize customer satisfaction.
